These are a crowd pleaser! Easy to prepare in advance and cook when guests arrive.
Cut an MPC Lamb rack into individual lamb chops.
Marinate the lamb with:
- 3x chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tsp of course salt
- zest of one lemon
- juice of half a lemon
- half a cup of rosemary chopped (do this a couple of hours before cooking)
Sear on both sides for good colour and char. This doesn’t take long so watch carefully that they don’t burn.
Serve on a platter with fresh rosemary sprigs and lemon cheeks.
